If Hamster should start a script automatically when it is started, you have to add a "Script Action" by menu item "Configuration / Files / Script Actions":
Define a "[Startup]" action to start a script named "Startup.hsc" by entering the following lines in the edit window:
[Startup] Script=Startup.hsc Wait=0 Lock=0 Silent=0
Save your changes with menu item or button "File / Save (Upload)":
